Specialists of the Turkish Agency for International Cooperation and Coordination (TICA), subordinate to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Turkey, conducted classes on the topic "Turkish language in Tourism" for students of the "Silk Road" International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage.
These classes were conducted with the support of the faculty of Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University and Gazi University. It should be noted that this program lasted two weeks and 60 students took part in it.
At the end of the two-week program, each student passed the exam and received a certificate.
It is worth noting that the Republic of Turkey was the first in the world to recognize the state independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 1996, our countries signed an Agreement on Eternal Friendship and Cooperation. Our peoples are closely connected by deep historical roots, common religion, similarity of language, values and customs. Friendly relations between Uzbekistan and Turkey, based on mutual trust, are actively strengthening today.
