“Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage announces an admission for independent research (PhD, DSc)) in the following specialities:

Documents will be accepted until February 15, 2022.

The process of admission to independent research will be held in accordance with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan № 304 of May 22, 2017 "On measures to improve the education system after higher education" State requirements for post-higher education" and "Regulations on post-higher education".

Those who wish to enter to independent research institution to obtain the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) must meet the following requirements:

• have a master's degree or a diploma of higher education (on specialized programs)

to have at least one scientific article published in scientific magazines and publications and at least two theses in scientific-practical conferences, seminars, collections of scientific works in relevant scientific fields

• to have a certificate indicating the level of knowledge of a foreign language.

Applicants to study for the degree of Philosophy (PhD) as a and independent researcher should submit the following documents to the Scientific research department of the university and register online via the website https://phd.mininnovation.uz/

1) Application;

2) Brief biographical information (CV);

3) A certified copy of the labor record book (for working applicants);

4) A master's degree of a higher educational institution, a copy of a diploma of higher education together with applications;

5) List of published scientific works, as well as their copies (pdf);

6) Copy of passport;

7) 3x4 picture, 2 pcs;

8) Preliminary dissertation topic and theses;

9) Certificate from the place of work;

10) Language certificate

Admission for independent researchers is carried out on the basis of an examination. The exam will be held in the major subject An additional announcement will be made regarding the interview dates.

January 14 is celebrated in our country as the Day of Defenders of the Motherland, the people who protect the sovereignty, territorial integrity, peaceful life and security of the population, and the day of the establishment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The date of the holiday is associated with the following most important events in the history of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan: On August 31, 1991, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the Basics of State Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted. The statement “On the state independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan” published on the same day served as the legal basis for the establishment of our national armed forces. The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the establishment of the Ministry of Defense Affairs” dated September 6, 1991 is considered the first foundation of the industry. On July 3, 1992, in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic, the Ministry of Defense Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan was transformed into the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan. On January 14, 1992, the decision of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On military units and military educational institutions located on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan” is of great historical importance. According to this decision, the military structures on the territory of our country were taken over by the republic. On December 29, 1993, by the decision of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, “January 14 - the Day of Defenders of the Fatherland” was designated.

       This holiday is considered to be a holiday not only for military servicemen, but also for our compatriots who have completed their duty in the army and thousands of young men who are going to serve tomorrow. In connection with this holiday, solemn events are held every year, our Motherland has always been proud of its brave and brave young men. Our young men consider it their duty to always be ready for the protection of the Motherland, considering their parents and family, the soil of the country where they live to be sacred.

Vengriya hukumati tomonidan e’lon qilingan "Stipendium Hungaricum" stipendiya dasturiga ariza topshirishning oxirgi muddati — 2023 yil 16 yanvar, 14:00 (Markaziy Yevropa vaqti (CET)).  

Ushbu stipendiya dasturi doirasida Vengriya tomoni O‘zbekiston Respublikasi fuqarolari uchun 2023/2024 o‘quv yilida quyidagi tartibda jami 170 ta ta’lim grantlarini taqdim etadi:

10 ta o‘rin — bakalavriat magistratura bilan birlashtirilgan, ya’ni, hujjatlar bakalavriat ta’lim yo‘nalishi bo‘yicha topshiriladi, unga magistratura (OTM – One time master) ham kiradi, o‘qish muddati ta’lim yo‘nalishiga qarab 5 yoki 6 yil;

60 ta o‘rin – doktorantura (PhD);

20 ta o‘rin — Jismoniy tarbiya universitetida o‘qish uchun (Budapesht shahrida).

Grantlardan Vengriya universitetlarida qisqa muddatli kurslar uchun ham foydalanish mumkin.

Qo‘shimcha tarzda, quyidagilarni ma’lum qilamiz:

«Arizalar qabuli to‘g‘risida e’lon» («Call for Applications»)ning 3.4.2-bandi yuzasidan ma’lum qilamizki, O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Oliy va o‘rta maxsus ta’lim vazirligiga hujjatlarni onlayn yoki qog‘oz shaklida topshirish talab etilmaydi. 

Barcha hujjatlarni onlayn formatda to‘g‘ridan-to‘g‘ri “Tempus Public Foundation” (Vengriya tomonidan ushbu stipendiya dasturining muvofiqlashtiruvchisi) ko‘rsatgan platformaga yuborish kifoya.

Dastlabki bosqichda hujjatlar Vengriya tomonidan sinchkovlik bilan o‘rganilib, tanlov talablariga javob bermaydigan barcha hujjatlar ro‘yxatdan chiqarib tashlanadi.

“Short list” (saralanganlar ro‘yxati)ni Vengriya tomoni tegishli oliy ta’lim muassasalari bilan maslahatlashganidan so‘ng nomzodlarni 1 dan 170 gacha (asosiy ro‘yxat) va undan keyin 170 dan 340 gacha (zaxira) ketma-ketlikda baholash uchun O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Oliy va o‘rta maxsus ta’lim vazirligiga yuboradi.

O‘qishga qabul qilish bo‘yicha yakuniy qaror Vengriya tomonidan qabul qiluvchi Vengriya universitetlarining qarorlari asosida qabul qilinadi.

O‘qishga qabul qilayotgan Vengriya universiteti yoki koordinatorlar, lozim bo‘lganda, nomzodni onlayn intervyuga taklif qilishlari mumkin.

Nomzodlarning ro‘yxatdagi joylashuvi qat’iy ravishda ajratilgan kvotalar doirasida belgilanadi — 20 (bakalavr), 10 — (bakalavr bilan qo‘shilgan magistratura darajasi), 60 — (magistratura), 60 — (doktorantura), 20 — Jismoniy tarbiya universiteti (Budapesht shahri.).

Ro‘yxatda ketma-ketlik bo‘yicha joylashtirish (baholash) tartibi O‘zbekistonda kadrlar tayyorlashning ustuvor yo‘nalishlaridan kelib chiqqan holda belgilanadi.

Muhandislik-texnika, shuningdek, tibbiyot, farmasevtika, biotexnologiya, kimyo, geologiya, fizika, axborot texnologiyalari, sun’iy intellekt, energetika, muqobil energiya manbalari va boshqa shu kabi yo‘nalishlarga hujjat topshirganlarga imtiyoz beriladi.

Oliy ta’lim muassasada ish tajribasi, chet tillarini bilish ahamiyatga ega bo‘ladi. Imtiyoz o‘qishni 2023 yilda tugatmoqchi bo‘lganlarga emas, balki 2023 yilning 16 yanvariga qadar u yoki bu bosqichni tamomlaganlarga beriladi.

O‘z kasbiy faoliyatini respublikada, ayniqsa, oliy, o‘rta maxsus va kasb-hunar ta’limi tizimida, respublika ilmiy markazlarida va shu kabi muassasalarda davom ettirmoqchi bo‘lgan nomzodlar qo‘llab-quvvatlanadi.
