The tourism industry is growing day by day

Today, ancient and ever-popular Samarkand attracts foreign and local travelers in the field of tourism not only with its historical monuments or antiques but also with several centuries-old fig gardens and handicraft centers. In the following years, this fig in “Bogibaland” neighborhood of Samarkand city became one of the most visited destinations of foreign guests and got the status of the first tourist neighborhood in our country.

On September 6 of this year, Umid Shodiev, chairman of the Tourism Committee of Uzbekistan, ceremoniously handed over a certificate granting the status of a tourist neighborhood to this neighborhood.
